B206 One Bedroom & Loft Lake View

We've stayed at the Silver Tree quite a few times over the past few years and never had any problems, but recently had a couple minor issues when we checked into a room. Since we were going to be staying there 4 nights, we informed the front desk of our situation. Christy and Lisa offered some remedies, one of which was to change rooms. The only problem was that they were filled that night and could only let us look at a couple different rooms that would be available the next day. Later that night, we spoke with Dwayne about the room choices and he mentioned another room would be available, but that we would have to wait until the next afternoon to look it over, since it was still being rented. So the next morning, around 10am, we let the front desk know that we were going to head out for a while and would check back in the early afternoon. Dwayne was there again and informed us that he had housekeeping clean the room already for us. We ended up switching over to the "B" building and had a good stay. Got to know Jennifer, in addition to Christy, Lisa and Dwayne, and they were all incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. Top notch staff!

I cannot say enough great things about your property. It was exactly what we wanted/needed. I originally booked a room in the A building but wanted more space and an end unit and it was super easy to change it when I called. Check in was easy and the room was perfect and very clean. My husband and I were there from Monday - Friday and the restaurants on property were as good as described if not better. Absolutely everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will definitely be back in the future!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Suites at Silvertree. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we were pleased with our condo.

The only negative was the loud trucks early on Monday morning right outside our windows. Our souvenir glasses were immediately brought to us when accidentally left out of the package we purchased. The service was great across the board. Although expensive, the restaurant was beautiful with great service and extremely delicious food. The marina staff was informative and hospitable. We had a truly lovely experience for our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The suite was just what we needed for a perfect vacation. Staff are east to work with and very helpful. We will be back!!!!
