The One Bedroom Lakefront Suite accommodates four with more privacy offering a King in a separate bedroom from the living area and kitchenette. Beautifully appointed in earth tones, the decor will satisfy even the most discerning tastes. Enjoy a King size bed in the private bedroom with flat-screen TV and closet. In the main living area, you will find a Queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, Smart flat-screen TV, and DVD player. There is also a door off the living area to your private balcony and chairs with stairs leading down to the lakefront deck and lawn. Enjoy the convenience of the kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, Keurig, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and dinnerware with a dining table. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with towels and essential bath amenities provided. Enjoy the convenience of this first-floor unit in Building B with easy access that leads outside to the lakefront deck and lawn.
This suite is NOT accessible by elevator.

We stayed in one-bedroom suite with lake view located in the first floor of Building B of the property. Our trip was for the last three nights of 2018 with our 4-month-old son in one of our favorite places — Deep Creek Lake. The suite with a gas fireplace with a separate living area was perfect for us. Waking up every morning seeing the lake view was a beautiful feeling. The suite is equipped with essential kitchen and dining supplies — silverwares, plates, bowls, toaster, and microwave. We ate breakfast, leftover dinner from restaurants and popcorns for movies utilizing kitchen essentials. We rented three movies during our stay. Renting movies are free. Our trip was in winter season. So we enjoyed a serene time at our suite. In summer, one may not need to leave the property since kayak/canoe, marina and lakeside harbor bar and the Dutch’s restaurant are few steps from the first-floor suite we stayed at building B. There is a private balcony to the back of the suite facing the lake. Overall, we had a great experience!!!

Restaurant and setting were outstanding. The lobby was beautiful. The room we stayed in had two oars on the wall for decoration and a carpet that looked 50 years old and was not well cleaned. Two tv's were positioned almost on the ceiling and the sitting room was very narrow. The view of the lake was blocked by bushes and the outside small balcony had two hard chairs. The toilet in the bathroom was super low, so very old. Good hot water.
